To book a display we require the date of your event. To confirm your booking, we will require an initial 20% deposit.

We will need details of the venue so we can confirm that a display can go ahead. This is dependent on many factors and will need to be risk assessed by our team.

We will email our booking form, receipt/invoice and Terms and Conditions over to you.

All client initial deposit payments received are confirmations that our terms and conditions are accepted. 

Outstanding balance payments are due in full 60 days prior to the display date. If we have not received payment before 60 days prior to the display date, we will make the day open and available for other displays/clients. This may mean losing your display date if payment is not received in time.

The deposit fee will be non-refundable.
Cancellations giving more than 30 day’s notice from the date of the event; 50% of the total event fee will be refunded.
Cancellations giving less than 30 day’s notice from the date of the event; 25% of the event fee will be refunded.
Cancellation on the event date; non-refundable.

If a show is not allowed to go ahead or cancelled by the venue for any reason outside of Vipa Fireworks control, then the same conditions apply above as for a cancellation.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of the contract by Vipa Fireworks the liability shall be limited to the total value of the original contract.

 Vipa Fireworks will not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control or be liable for any interference with our computerised firing equipment, battery failures, material defects or adverse weather conditions. Vipa Fireworks will not be liable for any firework displays not fired or only partially fired should an issue arise due to health and safety concerns, and it may be necessary to cancel or stop the display. We will not be liable for any interference with our Special Effects computerised equipment, battery failures, material defects or adverse weather conditions.

Therefore, you the "hirer" have agreed by booking Vipa Fireworks to operate the above mentioned "props", that any damage caused resulting in misuse of the "props" will be deemed the responsibility of yourselves, the "hirer".

You the "hirer" and any other party, other than Vipa Fireworks staff members, are expressly prohibited to touch or use any of the "props" on hire at any event / show.

By booking the above mentioned "props" means that you agree to Vipa Fireworks terms and conditions.

Vipa Fireworks reserve the right to terminate any agreement made with the "hirer" or other parties if it is found, there is misuse or a violation of any hired "props" or reckless behaviour towards any Vipa Fireworks staff member.

Dry Ice

The use and handling of the dry ice will be the responsibility of Vipa Fireworks staff only. It will be the responsibly of you the "hirer" to make sure that children attending the venue will be restricted near the operation of the dry ice machine and therefore must be supervised. In the event of the aforementioned becoming a risk to any individuals, the operator of Vipa Fireworks will terminate the dry ice effect at the cost of you the "hirer".

These terms and conditions remain in force whilst Vipa Fireworks "props" are at the event/show site.

Vipa Fireworks may from time-to-time photograph or video our evets/displays for demonstration or advertising purposes. It will also be noted that unauthorised use of video or photos of Vipa Fireworks work, will be subject to an infringement of copy right law. No one or company, will be able to use photo or video of Vipa Fireworks work, to promote their works or a third party's work of similar effect. Anyone found doing so, will be subject to legal proceedings and the costs of those legal proceedings taken by Vipa Fireworks. (All rights reserved).

We will make every effort to complete orders in full but at peak times stock levels are not checked daily and we are likely to sell out of products and not have time to update the website. In these circumstance we will offer a replacement of the same value or more. If this does happen, we will call before adding a different firework.

Prices are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior

notification.

We want you to receive your purchase in the same condition it left us. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our/courier negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

We try to process all orders within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-7 days for delivery. We do not deliver fireworks outside of the UK.

We accept payment by PayPal, Debit and Credit card, safe and secure online payments. Full payment is required before orders are dispatched.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £250 within a 30-mile radius from DN36. We deliver nationwide but recommend you call us first on 07745 890178 to arrange and for an accurate price. 

Delivery will usually take between 1 to 3 days but allow up to 7 days during our busy periods and allow enough time before your event for delivery. We also offer same and next day delivery in some cases, feel free to give us a call for more information.

Make sure someone 18 or over can receive and sign for the delivery as failed deliveries will incur extra charges. We require ID to be presented upon delivery.

We highly recommend you check your entire order upon delivery before signing for the items. This is to ensure no damaged products or items missing within your order. 

Any damage to the products you received must be reported within 24hrs of delivery by calling us on 07745 890178. All orders are double checked before leaving our premises.

No consequential losses or damage arising out of the use of any products will be accepted in any circumstances.

If you wish to cancel your order, you are required to let us know 48hrs prior to the delivery date by contacting us at vipafireworks@gmail.com or call 07745 890178.

We only offer refunds for faulty fireworks that have been used in accordance with their written
instructions. Refunds or an exchange will only be given once Vipa Fireworks has the firework back (unless instructed otherwise) for us to investigate the problem.

We will not accept any liability for damage caused through the firework, or misuse of the items.

Purchasers MUST be 18 years of age or over. With no exceptions at all.

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase or possess fireworks.

It is illegal for anyone to possess and fire fireworks in public places.

It is illegal to let fireworks off after 11pm at night and before 7am in the morning with the exceptions of New Years Eve, Diwali and Chinese New Year which is 1am and Bonfire Night (November 5th) which is midnight.

Warn neighbours in advance of the display especially if there are any young children, elderly, pets or animals in the vicinity. Make sure the firing site is clear of any overhanging trees or similar. Anybody setting off the fireworks must be over the age of 18 and should familiarise themselves with the firework and where the fuses are located. Make sure the instructions and required minimum safety distances on the label are followed.
